Very good food, reasonable prices, and a very friendly staff.

Quick service and friendly! For the amount of food served the pricing was very enjoyable. The burrito platter was stacked to say the least, very good. Sopes and huaraches were ordered….the sopes de carnitas(pork) were on point!! The cabeza(head/barbacoa) were good, a bit overly seasoned for our pallet, but Good! A huarache was ordered and this is where I was a bit “sad” , it was small!! Huaraches are about a size 10 sole/shoe offering!! However, it was good!!! Since sopes and huaraches had no side, I ordered a side of beans and rice “a la Carte” style….yeah, they slapped two dinner sized plates, one of beans and the other of rice. Wow! Greatly appreciated for sure!! As an overall experience and food quality, 5 stars and highly recommended. Whenever we are to return to the Boone area, we will definitely return!

Visiting Boone for a few days and wanted Mexican food. This place popped up on GPS and was just a mile from our hotel. It had a good rating so we decided to try it. When we got there we weren't real sure because it's just a little place on the side of the road but because of the ratings we decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Some of the best Mexican food we've ever had and very reasonably priced. The lady who waited on us was so patient and great with our 5 and 10-year-olds and the service was top quality. We all had something different and every dish was delicious. Picture is of the Burrito Hawaiano filled with chicken, pineapple, onion, tomato, and queso with grilled shrimp on top. It was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be back here on our next trip.

I noticed this place had such good ratings and was curious if it had anything to do with being right next door to a cannabis dispensary….but I can affirm it does not because this Mexican food is AMAZING. The tacos were so good, the rice was delicious and the portions were huge for the price. This is a great choice for some delicious Mexican in Boone. Much better prices than in blowing rock!

Authentic Mexican food with generous portions and great flavor. The tacos were fresh and loaded with cilantro, onions, and lime, and the shrimp and beef both tasted excellent. The burrito covered in creamy sauce was also very satisfying and filling. They serve several different salsas, and the green salsa had a nice kick. The complimentary chips were crispy and paired well with the sauces. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but the food is definitely worth the visit. Overall, a solid spot in Boone for authentic Mexican tacos and hearty meals.

Loved the food, and low key atmosphere. The servers were efficient. All in all a great option during a busy weekend in the mountains! The quesabirria and fajita were particularly nice, so as fast as I am two out of five were already gone by the time I took the picture.

We enjoyed our lunch here. Service was great. Very friendly staff. Food tasted great. Was authentic and fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant. In this little town it’s nice to enjoy fresh and delicious food.
